Co-Development

In addition to life-cycle solar project development, RockBridge Energy also actively partners with other energy development firms to build project portfolios for key finance and IPP partners.

Early Stage Development- RockBridge Energy works closely with our landowner partners to identify parcels that have beneficial solar footprints for future solar projects.  These parcels create opportunities to team with another solar development organization to create viable projects for IPPs and project financiers.

Late Stage Development- Often, we are presented with individual or a portfolio of potential projects that were created by another solar development firm.  Because of our extensive relationships with IPP and individual investors, RockBridge Energy is engaged to complete a project that another developer may have started.
